Overall Impressions:

The Reserva Real and the salted caramel create the makings of an excellent mild and relaxing evening. Nothing too harsh, nothing with over powering flavors, just a nice peaceful bliss.

The Cigar: (Romeo Y Julieta – Reserva Real)

The Romeo Y Julieta Reserva Real was awarded a much-deserved 91 rating. This stick was a pleasure to smoke featuring a light to mild flavor profile with a mild notes of spice and a hit of cedar on the finish.

The combination of Nicaraguan and Dominican long-filler bundled with an Ecuadorian grown Connecticut Shade wrapper make this blend more flavorful than what you typically see from Romeo cigars. Well balanced and recommend.

The Intoxicant: (Crown Royal Salted Caramel)

Crown Royal Salted Carmel is a great calm evening whisky, it is mild and sweet on the rocks and pairs nicely with mild cigars. This whisky is a hair sweeter than most with a nice caramel finish.

The slight warmth left by the whisky leaves a good after taste, and cravings for another sip. Nice fall sipping whisky, cheers. 🥃

Vibe: “Peaceful Bliss”

As I sit here and enjoy each sip of this Salted Caramel, I took the time to relax and let the stress from this week melt away into the past. Each puff of the Reserva Real gave me a chance to fall deeper into thought about the task at hand:

Enjoy the evening, and focus on tomorrow.

The past is the past. There is no changing it, so why worry about it? I have started to make a conscious effort in my personal life to focus more on today and tomorrow and less on yesterday and awhile ago. Smoking this stick has given me time to think about what tomorrow will bring and how to go about opening doors and creating opportunity for myself.

This evening has turned into a peaceful bliss, and I am looking forward to find out what tomorrow and the future holds for me.

Enjoy, my friends. 🍻
